RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of being able to participate in any with the Morgan Adams Concours d'Elegance ("the Event") and/or activitics, 1 for myself, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin:

1. Hereby acknowledge, agree, and represent upon participating that if I believe that any Event related activity is unsafe, I will immediately notify the organizers of the Event and cease to participate in any activity that I believe to be unsafe. 1 also agree to immediately take all necessary precautions to avoid any unsafe action, activity, or area and assume all risk for my conduct or the conduct of others.

2. Hereby RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE the Morgan Adams Concours d'Elegance, The Morgan Adams Foundation, Centennial. ort, TAC Air and Century Link, their officers, directors, and employees and volunteers, and all promoters, participants, organizers or facilities or any affiliate, subsidiary or subdivision thereof from any liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next kin any and all loss or damage, and any claims or demands thereof on account any injury to myself or others or resulting in the death of the undersigned or others arising out of or related to the Event.

3. Hereby personally, and for my successors, heirs and personal representatives, assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, death, or property damage arising of or related to my participation in the Event, and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Morgan Adams Concours dElegance.

I AM OVER THE AGE OF 21. IHAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS; UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT BY SIGNING IT AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
