46 kids are diagnosed with cancer every day in the U.S.
Cancer is the number 1 cause of disease-related death in kids in the U.S.
- Overall, cancer is the second leading cause of death, surpassed only by injuries
95% of childhood cancer survivors will have a significant health-related issue by the time they are 45 (most often the result of treatment, or an effect of the cancer itself)
