Steven Adams is a professional photographer and the father of Morgan Adams for whom the foundation is named. Adams has also been a member of the Children’s Hospital Oncology Advisory Board for three years and, in partnership with his wife, Joan Slaughter, has created multiple events to raise money for children’s cancer research. Before organizing the Morgan Adams Foundation they worked for four years under the umbrella of the Children’s Hospital Foundation. To date their efforts, with the help of their friends and volunteers, have grossed over one million dollars. |

Joan Slaughter, mother of Morgan Adams, has a background in accounting and was a member of a special projects divestiture team for a Fortune 100 company prior to Morgan's diagnosis. After the passing of her oldest daughter, Joan has redirected her focus toward fundraising and community support for pediatric cancer research. She also serves as a member of the Oncology Advisory Board of the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Denver's Children's Hospital, and serves on the board of the Colorado Childhood Cancer Community. Joan and husband Steven Adams have two other children, Andrew and Grace. |

Bradley Haight, Board Chair. Brad is an attorney whose practice focuses on alternative energy matters. His clients include: designers, developers and manufacturers of alternative energy equipment and technology; wind project developers; solar project developers; and other businesses focused on alternative energy issues. Brad has degrees from Milsaps College and Tulane University. He is the father of four-year-old Will, who is a brain cancer survivor. He assists in developing major donors for MAF and contributes to all aspects of the Foundation. |

Debbie Stoffel, Treasurer. Debbie has a B.S in Professional Accounting from Regis University. She has performed many different roles within operational and financial accounting in the oil and gas industry, including controller. Currently Debbie is in the marketing and contracts department at Noble Energy. She has donated hundreds of hours in the financial planning, operation, logistics, and budgets of/for both The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance and artma as well as the overall Morgan Adams Foundation, and supports the Foundation in all critical areas. |

Nikki DiTommaso, Secretary. Nikki is an original co-creator of artma and lives in NYC. From the very inception of the MAF, Nikki has not only supported the financial aspect of the Foundation, but has donated hundreds of hours wherever her help was needed. She co-chairs the artma art committee, and serves as editor of the MAF newsletter. Aside from her work at MAF, Nikki teaches English as a Second Language at the United Nations and is completing her Master’s Degree in International Relations. |

Bari DeJaynes is an artist and designer and runs his own art and design studio in Greenwich Village, New York. Utilizing his 20 years in advertising and marketing, Bari manages all of the design, marketing and promotion projects including auction catalog, corporate banners, event invitations, and print ads for MAF. He is a founding board member of The Morgan Adams Foundation, has donated countless hours to the Foundation, supports the work of the Foundation financially and regularly contributes his artwork to artma. |

Gail Fawcett was born and raised in Denver. She attended the University of Denver and received her B.A. in education and her M.A. in educationally handicapped in 1979. The first part of her career she worked as the teacher supervisor and coordinator for an inner city program servicing juvenile delinquents with learning disabilities. Gail then worked with severely emotionally disturbed teen-agers at Denver Children's Home and in the Cherry Creek School District. She moved on to work with elementary level children with learning disabilities and from there ran a program in the District for severe needs children. She was awarded the Golden Heart Award. In February of 2008 she retired from teaching. Gail is married and raised two children of her own. Her son died of a brain tumor at the age of 24. Her daughter has blessed her with three beautiful grandchildren. |

Kay Griffin is a financial consultant with fourteen years of experience in the financials marketplace. She has extensive knowledge of alternative investments and structured finance as well as vast experience in dealing with high net worth individuals. She was elected to the MAF BOD in July of 2008 with the specific task of assisting in the development and implementation of a full-scale major gifts program. She is committed to all aspects of the foundation’s growth and supports each project undertaken. |

Keith Redmond is the CFO of a $300 million dollar real estate company. With over twenty-three years of diverse financial, tax, and business experience, his work includes: acquisitions and dispositions; valuations; operations and management; transaction structuring; and partnership tax planning and compliance. Keith lends his considerable financial acumen to help guide MAF and serves as chairman of the major gifts subcommittee. His company is a regular corporate sponsor of both artma and Concours. |
