Race Against Kids’ Cancer – Racing for a Cure!
August 1st & 2nd, 2015

Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing (RMVR) is once again partnering with The Morgan Adams Foundation (MAF) for the fifth annual Race Against Kids’ Cancer at High Plains Raceway on August 1st & 2nd. Racing will begin at 9 a.m. both days and conclude by 5 p.m.

RMVR is a nonprofit club of more than 500 families who are vintage racing enthusiasts. A primary focus for the club is the organization, production and sanctioning of vintage car races in the Rocky Mountain region. They have selected MAF as their charity partner and the event has been immensely successful from the start.

Not only are spectators able to watch multiple races each day, but there are Tickets to Ride for sale during the lunch hours. This year promises to be unlike any other, RIDES will be offered in a wide variety of exotic, super, and race CARS,including a Lamborghini Huracan and Porsche Carrera GT (both on Saturday only), an Aston Martin N-24, a McLaren M6b, and a wide range of M-series BMWs, Porsches, and vintage race cars on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets to Ride range in price from $40-$200.

Other new additions to the track this year include a revamped children’s area with games, pedal car races, and a “drive-in movie” during the Saturday night dinner (dinner tickets are for sale at the registration tent).

100% of the money raised from corporate sponsorship, voluntary gate donations at the track, and the donations solicited by RMVR members goes to The Morgan Adams Foundation and the fight against pediatric cancer. To date, RMVR has raised over $325,000 for pediatric cancer research.
